Energy consumption, chemicals, food waste and garbage are the biggest vices in our industry.

The origin of the food is of more interest to the consumer than ever before. In the restaurants of Ravintolakolmio Group, beef, pork, and poultry are almost invariably Finnish. We always prefer local producers and seasonal raw materials as much as possible. Vegan dishes are added to the lists all the time.
